CNC cutting with Wheel Knife Tool
Computer Numerical Control, CNC. The precision of computer control ensures that patterns are cut out perfectly according to vector drawings. We can offer this technique for different materials:
-
- Fabric
- Foam
The Wheel Knife Tool is an efficient, cost-effective tool option for technical textiles. The use of HSS steel blades allows for very high processing speeds and a clean, efficient cutting process.
This technique is used in almost every textile production process to cut the patterns.
CNC cutting with Electric Oscillating Tool
Computer Numerical Control, CNC. The precision of computer control ensures that patterns are cut out perfectly according to vector drawings. We can offer this technique for different materials:
-
- Fabric
- Foam
The Electric Oscillating Tool is suitable for cutting soft to medium-density materials. The high oscillating frequency enables a high processing speed and efficient throughput.
This technique is used for smaller patterns that the wheel knife tool cannot manage (too wide in corners).
Laser cutting
Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation, called LASER. Depending on how it is used, a concentrated beam of light will burn, melt through or heat the fabric it touches.
This technique is used to cut very small textile patterns which are not suitable for cutting with a CNC cutting knife (due to the machine’s tolerance). Laser is also used to tie off textile edges for specific fabrics.

Our Approach
To enable fast switching from a design to production, we follow a set step-by-step plan. Each step in this process is needed to develop a high-quality textile product that can be easily scaled up in production.
